If you are a student from outside SHILLONG, you have to scan the both the accommodation and cultural registration links and fill the forms and you have to attach the screenshot of payment in the form and submit.
If you are a student from SHILLONG outside NEIGRIHMS, you have to scan only cultural registration link and fill the form and you have to attach the screenshot of payment in the form and submit.
